Tania
Verónica Ulcuango Lema
What I like the most is
traveling, doing sports, watching movies with the family and listening to music
while I prepare desserts. I love pastry because, creativity and the five sense are used a lot here.
I don't like watching soccer games, going out
in the rain, seeing spiders, sharing too many photos on Facebook and I don't
like math.
My favorite hobby is making strawberry fudge-filled
shortbread cookies every weekend. Also watch movies with my cousins and
brothers.
I am doing my university studies at the
Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra.
My career is Gastronomy.
My favorite movie is a drama genre called Always by your side
- Hachiko and it is one of the most watched movies by all.
My favorite book is Under the same Star, written by John
Green.
Your biography is very interesting Tania. I've heard that baking is a bit complicated, that's why I admire the people who do it.
